Schechter Manhattan Read-a-Thon
May 1-31, 2010
Schechter Manhattan will hold its Second Annual Read-a-thon from May 1-31, 2010. Friends, family members, and neighbors are encouraged to up to sponsor students by the book they read over that timespan.
Last year 90 students were sponsored by 120 sponsors, and almost 2,000 books were read. The program was a great success, promoting literacy, and raising over $10,000 for the school!!
Payments for sponsorships can be submitted online, or checks can be made out to "Solomon Schechter School of Manhattan" with "READATHON 2010" in the memo line and mailed to:
